I became interested in stained glass in 1990 when my husband and I were looking for a way to cover the side light windows by our front door in Temecula, California. Since they were only six inches wide, it was difficult to find something that appealed to us. One day while shopping in Old Town Temecula, we came upon a stained glass shop and immediately I was drawn to the medium of glass. I loved the light coming through the colored glass, the texture and colors of the different glasses. The idea of creating images with glass really struck me. Luckily, the shop offered classes and I signed up that day. I am now looking forward to creating images using fused glass.
Below are photos of some of my work over the years.
